This 5-day mentoring program offers an intimate and focused setting for small group of practitioners  to hone their functional self-organization and get their questions answered in order to work more effectively with themselves and clients.

The curriculum is designed to help you delve deeply into the principles of function that are taught in the Feldenkrais Method. Our approach includes ATM study, FI practice, and demonstration to create a rigorous self-study process.

Our focus will be refining your self-organization by embodying the principles of our work. We'll do this by studying a set of ATM lessons, taking them apart to see how they work, and uncovering the specific support required for them to work well. We'll use a skeletal leg as well as a full skeleton model to see how the shape of your bones indicate their potential for support. Acquiring these principles will help you integrate the principles that are the basis of the curriculum and focus your lens for seeing function clearly and concretely.

Watch this video on the Sit-to-Stand curriculum we teach in Jeff Haller's IOPS Academy.  This will give you a flavor of the specificity and practicality of what I am teaching.
